circa 1855, with octagonal 7 1/2in. barrel, the top-strap and flat signed 'DEANE ADAMS & DEANE, 30 KING WILLIAM ST.T LONDON BRIDGE', dove-tailed fore-sight, standing notch to rear of top-strap, borderline and scroll engraved frame with hinged rammer mounted to left hand side, plain cylinder, spurless hammer, one-piece chequered walnut grip with flared pommel and cap-trap to heel, guarded trigger, the whole expertly re-blued and re-coloured to a high standard
